International Shipping (Outside of the USA and Canada)


Nikys-Sports.com has partnered with a trusted international shipping company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our customers outside of the United States and Canada. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.





Canada Shipment and Order Policy




Canada DELIVERY POLICY

Customers placing orders from Canada will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their order. Rates vary per order. Please keep this extra cost in mind as it is not included with your Niky's Sports merchandise and shipping charges.

International Express typically takes from 3-4 business days to reach our customers after the order is shipped. If you have any additional questions concerning Canada orders please feel free to email us at cs@nikys-sports.com or by calling (323)888-0236.

Canada Delivery charges are based on weight and will be calculated during checkout. In the rare case that a package is returned to us because of failure of the customer to pay the Canadian customs fee there will be a refund made for the price of the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.



Exchanges on orders placed from Canada

 All the products we sell are selected by players and coaches, thus we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier, we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a refund or exchange it is required that the item be returned in its original condition and if sold as a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket) it must be returned as a set. Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs. For an order shipping within the United States we ship all exchanges for non clearance items for free. Orders placed from Canada will be subject to shipping fee's in the case that an exchange is needed.

Please remember to completely fill out the returns section of the invoice you received with your package and ship your return package either UPS or insured U.S. Mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number) to:

There are no returns allowed on customized items, jersey's with official player names, videos, or CD's with opened packaging.
