The 16A2101 Mirror Belt® is designed to teach change of direction, reaction, and explosive speed. The 16A2101 Mirror Belt® works by attaching to two players, with the waist bands, and the belt connecting at the velcro. Once the offensive player has successfully moved enough distance between the defensive player, the velcro will come undone. The 16A2101 Mirror Belt® includes a carry bag which allows for ease of transportation and movement.
