Application/Instructions: Tear all of the perforations, leaving the backing on the tape. 1. Bend the knee. Peel off the backing paper of Section 1 and apply to the knee so the kneecap is in the center. 2. Straighten the leg, peel the backing off Section 2. Apply along the left and right lateral border of the thigh with no stretch on the tape. 3. Peel off the backing paper of Section 3. Apply along the inside and outside of the thigh with no stretch on the tape.Peel off the backing paper of Section. 4. Apply along the left and right side of the calf with no stretch on the tape.5.Peel off the backing paper of Section 5. Apply along the outside and inside of the calf with no stretch on the tape. 6. After applying, rub gently over the top of the tape.
