1. Promotion Terms & Conditions

1.1 The Promoter is nikys-sports.com/ who is a registered business of the State of California, USA.

1.2 On-site (nikys-sports.com/) promotion runs from 24th November 2021 until 30th November 2021.

1.3 Customers must spend a minimum of $100 (excluding taxes, shipping charges & gift card purchases) and enter the coupon code ‘CYBER’ at checkout to qualify for the Voucher.

1.4 Vouchers that are issued can be used from 1 December 2021 and are valid for four months/160 days from the issue date.

1.5 Vouchers received from this promotion can be redeemed on nikys-sports.com/ can not be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or voucher and may be subject to product exclusions. Exclusions include, but are not limited to, Limited Edition items, team uniforms, and gift card purchases.

1.6 Vouchers will not be issued when payment is made via gift card, credit note, or e-voucher.

1.7 Vouchers are only produced when purchasing products only; purchases of gift cards will not produce a voucher.

1.8 Vouchers will not be issued if any additional promotions or discounts have been applied to the transaction. 

1.9 Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other types of credit.

1.10 Maximum voucher amount in one transaction is $80.

1.11 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel orders and vouchers that result from fraudulent or deceitful transactions. In such a case, the customer will be notified by email of this decision. This decision

1.12 Vouchers will be issued using the email used to place your order and will be issued 7 days after.

1.13 There is no entry fee to use this Promotion.

1.14 The decision made by the Promoter as to those persons able to use the Promotion and the products that are eligible for the Promotion is final.

1.15 The Promoter, in its sole discretion, may alter, vary or cancel the Promotion by giving notice on this webpage.

1.16 The Promoter accepts no liability for alteration, variation, or cancellation of the Promotion.

1.17 By using this Promotion, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.18 The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

1. Qualifying Transaction Returns Policy

2.1 Orders that qualified for the promotion and received a voucher cannot be refunded to the original payment method. However, in the case of incorrect size, change of mind, or faulty goods, items can be exchanged for the same or similar item or refunded to store credit.

2.2 If the qualifying purchase is refunded to store credit, this cannot be redeemed in the same transaction as a Voucher or another promotion.

2.3 Other points of our Returns Policy still apply unless contradicted by the above.
