Application/Instructions: •Cold therapy oPlace pack in freezer for 1.5 hours before use oPlace pack inside Mueller Lumbar Back Brace pouch, or wrap pack in protective material oApply Mueller Lumbar Back Brace to back with hot/cold pack inside, or apply wrapped pack to injured area in intervals of 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off •Hot therapy oMicrowave Microwave pack on HIGH (100% power) for 20 seconds Knead to distribute heat Microwave pack for additional 20 seconds If more heat is required, heat in additional 10-second increments until desired temperature is reached Allow pack to stand for 20 seconds before removing from oven Knead pack to distribute heat Place pack inside Mueller Lumbar Back Brace pouch, or wrap pack in protective material Apply Mueller Lumbar Back Brace to back with hot/cold pack inside, or apply wrapped pack to injured area in intervals of 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off oHot water Place pack in hot water (max 60°C) for 10 – 15 minutes Knead pad to distribute heat Place pack inside Mueller Lumbar Back pouch, or wrap pack in protective material Apply Mueller Lumbar Back Brace to back with hot/cold pack inside, or apply wrapped pack to injured area in intervals of 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off , 1. If desired, place lumbar pad inside brace pouch so that the desired support level is facing inward, and the logo is upright 2. Release secondary straps from main body 3. Use main body pull-pockets to center lumbar pouch on the back, and secure brace around waist 4. Use secondary strap pull-pockets to apply desired compression, and secure straps to main body , 1. If desired, place lumbar pad inside brace pouch so that the desired support level is facing inward, and the logo is upright. 2. Release secondary straps from main body. 3. Use main body pull-pockets to center lumbar pouch on the back, and secure brace around waist. 4. Use secondary strap pull-pockets to apply desired compression, and secure straps to main body.
Intended Use: Helps reduce pain and swelling., Helps relieve lower back pain while providing support to strains, sprained, and aching backs.
