Works just like it's supposed to, when I was in school and then the military we used Cramer Atomic Balm, this stuff is WAY hotter, so be careful, I actually put too much on the first time and even after washing it off it continued to burn, and I mean BURN.... But if you want relief this is the stuff! Thanks
